“When she’s ready to give it her all, I’ll be patient. She rose quickly, but this is a new level. There are unique opportunities here for her to learn and grow. We don’t want to rush her into anything she’s not prepared for yet. We’re unsure of when or where she’ll go, but the future looks bright. I’m excited to help her succeed.”

The timing was Event right for everyone. He had a great career and farewell. No hard feelings, he’s doing what’s best for him and his family. I’m happy for him and proud of him. The machine never stops for anyone, so if someone wants to take another opportunity, that’s okay.
